"Slow Living in a Fast World"
Have you ever felt like everything around you is going super fast? Wake up, rush to school/college/work, do homework/assignments, go to classes, eat quickly, sleep—and repeat like getting stucked in a loop! It's like we’re always in a hurry. But what if we didn’t have to rush it all the time? What if we notice something around us
Slow living means taking your time and enjoying life instead of rushing through it. It’s like walking instead of running, or tasting your food instead of swallowing it up. When we slow down, we notice more. We see the color of the sky, hear the birds sing, or enjoy a silly moment with a friends/family .
Have you ever eaten your favorite food without watching TV or a phone screen? You might find that it tastes even better. Or how about looking at nature's creations just to have wonder how beautiful the world is made . That’s slow living too.
Some people think being busy means you're doing a good job. But sometimes, doing less will help you feel more peaceful and even more creative. When you take your time, you can draw a better picture, get a clear focus and can live in the JOMO (Joy of Missing out)
So, the next time when life feels too fast, people around you are frustating to be with , just take a pause. Take a deep breath. Look around. You don’t have to do everything at once. Life isn’t a race—it’s not the Destination that brings happiness the journey does and slow journeys often have the best surprises.
So atleast for a day Try , do one thing slowly. Eat your lunch without screens or just live doing nothing. See how it feels!
